Email or the submitting your information through the booking form referenced above is the preferred method of communication because it guarantees correct booking details and spelling of names.
We need anyone who wishes to confirm with this group to contact us to place a non-refundable deposit of $300 per person, which will secure your seat and your room at the resort.
The final payment date for this booking will be July 11th, 2014 for the rates we have quoted if booked with deposit by January 11th, 2014.
We are holding the space and rates quoted for an additional 30 days, so until Feb 11th.
Deposits received after that date will be subject to a price quote review.
